Upload a bank statement PDF, even a scan, and get a clean spreadsheet: one sheet per month with Date, Description, Withdrawal, Deposit and Balance. Every running balance is checked against the statement, and anything doubtful is highlighted for you to review.

One sheet per statement month, ready for bookkeeping. JSON for software and AI agents.

Balances reconciled

Each row's running balance, plus the statement's own totals, is checked. Rows that don't add up are highlighted yellow.

Scans supported

Scanned and photographed statements are read with OCR. Blurry pages are named, so you know exactly what to check.

Simple API

One call: POST /convert with your PDF and API key. Larger scans can run as background jobs.

Example: a 10-page digital statement costs RM0.30. RM30 covers 1,000 digital pages or 200 scanned pages. Prices in Malaysian Ringgit.

Privacy

Statements are processed on our own server in Malaysia. They are never sent to third-party AI or OCR services.
Your file and its results are deleted as soon as the conversion finishes. Background job results are kept in memory for up to 30 minutes so you can download them, then deleted.
We do not store transaction data. Our logs keep only technical details such as page count, timing and your API key ID.
The statement's own account number is masked to its last 4 digits in the results.
We use your email only to send your API key, receipts and service notices.

Terms and refunds

Upload only statements you own or are authorised to process, for example as the account holder or their accountant.
Results come from automated reading. Please review highlighted rows and blurry pages against the original before relying on them.
Credits are prepaid and do not expire while the service runs. Unused credits can be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase.
If a conversion fails because of our system, the pages are not charged.
